Wednesday, October 22, 2008. So my dad's 50th b-day was quite the day.the kids and I got up early and went to my parents house to wake Papa up and have breakfast with him.which was really fun. That afternoon my mom, the kids, and I were off to go to Tiff's volleyball game and I got in a nasty accident.needless to say the van was totalled. Thankfully Ethan and Cara were not hurt at all! Wednesday, May 28, 2008. In other news, my brother Bryan got married this weekend.It was a lovely ceremony outdoors (no rain thank goodness) and the reception was fun. Ethan had a hard time because he kept wanting Bryan to hold him and obviously that was not possible. Ethan did look darn cute though! Eclair Cake-This is super yummy and easy! 1 (1-pound) box graham crackers. 2 (3 1/4-ounce) boxes instant French vanilla pudding. 3 1/2 cups milk. 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed. 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar. 3 tablespoons butter, softened. 1/4-1/3 cup milk (to reach desired consistency). 2 teaspoons light corn syrup. 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract.
