Ghana with the wind. I bet you didn’t know…. The Past few months…. It feels like I left Ghana a lifetime ago and it really makes me sad. I can already feel everything slipping away! When I returned to the states I realized how much of the language I knew because most of my thoughts were in Twi. But now just a short three month later I’ve already started to forget! And it really, really sucks. The food, my amazing family, everything! But I like to think that I’m handling it pretty well. Okay, bu bye!

8 januari, 2017. Så har en vecka med uppladdning för Lidingöloppet 2017 passerat, fantastiskt! Det kan kännas avlägset men med lite mer än 8 månader kvar så är det mycket som ska hända. Kilon måste tappas (för att skona kroppen) och konditionen/uthålligheten måste bli bättre.
