Monday, August 31, 2015. Summer's not technically over, but it sure feels like it, because it's mid-August and school is in session! We were able to get in some end of summer fun before the bell rang. An Eaglecrest wedding - Congratulations Adam and Sarah! Liam the Lion and Tyler the Leopard at zoo camp! Tuesday, November 18, 2014. The Wild and Crazy. Life of the Maddens continues! The Cheetahs wrapped up another great season. We're so lucky to have such a great group of kids (and parents). And they're lucky to have a great coach! Good thing siblings get end-of-year cupcakes! Fun at Dad's school! And boy did we love seeing our nephews! Who new the luxury of having a pre-flight cocktail in the airport could be so satisfying? We think we found someone who loves Wagon Wheel as much as her big cousin Sam.

Tuesday, May 27, 2014. May keeps rolling along, and in addition to turning 5, Liam has had a big month! He's playing on his first baseball team - the River Cats! Here he is on the day he got his uniform. So proud! He learned how to ride a bike! After a year of refusing to get on a bike and only wanting to scoot everywhere, he nailed it on his first try! We had the annual June Jam in our neighborhood, a block party fundraiser for the Gabby Krause Foundation, and an excuse for the kids to run wild in the streets and for the adults to indulge in beverages and walk home! Tuesday, June 30, 2015. We had a great time on a camping trip to the Sand Dunes! 5 of us, plus Rosie, in one tent. Highlights were the boys climbing the top dune, Declan falling into a cactus, Liam seeing his first shooting star, and smores. Woo! Tusken Raiders on Tatooine. A bit later, he jumped down! That's the D, taking a solitary walk on the dunes. At first, only these two were going to hike to the top dune. But Dec joined too! They made it to the top! Amazing hikers (it is really. Wednesday, July 29, 2015. Let the Celebration Begin! Katie and Patrick's wedding weekend brought in all sorts of fun people, including our cousins! We got right to it with some jib jab with Big V. Followed quickly by forming a team of super heroes. Even super heroes need to cool off and take a dip! These two are cute little buds. And then we made it to Tabernash, where the real fun began. Must be looking at the tube. Find the super hero that did a mountain costume change. Another find it game!
