All Lonsdale's Waters were established from ancient clay workings some going back 150 years. All Lonsdale Park's accommodation with the exception of The Arches Caravans benefit from their own private pegs just a few yards away. How To Find Us. We're easy to get to from all directions, for directions from your home to lonsdale park, please enter your postcode below. Lonsdale Park is just five minutes drive from Junction 42 on the M6 . After leaving the motorway, take the B6263 for Wetheral and after a mile-and-a-half turn right for Cotehill at the Cumwhinton village shop and Post Office. Exactly a mile down this road you will see a Bridle Path sign marked to Wetheral Shield and a sign for Lonsdale Park.
