This term I conducted an experiment on my social media and technology habits. I recorded the results in a google doc journal that I updated through each week. The results showed me that I am generally more happy without the pressure of constant updates. While I don’t know what the next step will be regarding my relationship with these platforms I am more aware of my feelings towards it. Below is my journal! Check it out 🙂. Week of March 21.
