The adventures of the Emmett Family. Saturday, January 31, 2015. We rode the train up to Kyoto on Thursday morning. Once there we caught a bus out to the northwest neighborhood of Arashiyama. Saturday, March 14, 2015. I recently starting working out of a new pottery studio and I've been experimenting with some new glazes. Fun! Lots of smaller bowls too. And a few funky shapes. Tuesday, October 21, 2014. New ideas in play. I have continued to investigate the clay balloon idea. These Raku pieces are quite large- over 2ft tall. My version of a ship in a bottle.
