Everyone is different and at the same time we are the same. For me to be creative and intuitive I need to relax; since the title of this blog is “1001 ways to relax” and I can only propose a few, I need your input, so we can help each other on our quest. To meditate for hours like Buddha or Mohamed is not realistic, but I am sure we can find ways to relax in our own ways. e.g. walk, swim, get a pet, play with kids. The picture of South Beach Park at the bottom of the page is a great start.

Baby Girl in June; in August we welcomed Andrea Luna, Ely Sandoval's Baby girl, we also had to say good by to my godfather Simon Cardenas and shortly after to his wife of many year America. Mireya's. Juan Torres also left us. Got a great new job, new coworkers, new city and with that, a new home. The kids came back home after tasting independence and responsibility for a while.

1001 ways to relax. Saturday, October 8, 2011. I want to share this amazing recipe. Risotto is labor intensive but totally worth it. You can make it from different ingredients and my very favorite is Mushrooms. I glass of white wine. Porcini mushrooms shred in smaller pieces and soak in water (1 cup of water pretty filled with mushrooms ) This is one of the most important ingredients, it gives it the color and an amazing flavor. Heat olive oil and add diced onions until white. Keep adding hot broth.

Ja vad har hänt sedan sist? Jag fortsätter träna, just nu ligger fokus på löpning eftersom jag ska springa Kraftprovet(11,6 km) om 2 veckor den 20/7. Skulle sprungit Blodomloppet (5 km) i Göteborg den 4/6 men då låg jag däckad i halsfluss med tillhörande antibiotikakur. Midsommar firades i goda vänner lag under några dagar på Gotland.
