One young girl, and one big weight loss goal. Friday, February 4, 2011. Battle of the Buldge. As previously stated this is a weight loss blog. Specifically. Weight loss blog. Everyone reading are simply wittnessess to my journey. Lets hope this is a successful one. I guess I should start with a goal, right? Lose 40 pounds in 3 months. Eat 1200 calories a Day and Excercise 5 days a week/ 2-3 hours a day. For exercise I will use different home workout DVDs including:. Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.

Okay okay I know, I'm two days late on this but i wanted to go the full week then weigh in to make sure I do the full week and burn as much calories as I could. So with out further delay I lost 5lbs. this week! Thats two pounds more then my weekly goal! Btw I'm still very motivated to keep doing what i'm doing. I already finished the first hour and half of working out today and I got another half hour to go. Friday, February 11, 2011.

But I think you'll be very pleased to hear that I'm keeping up with everything I said i would. I even surprised my self! I never follow through with any goals, especially weight loss ones, and this is the first time i dieted and exercised for a full week! I'm burning 800 calories a day.
