Having been instructed to assist an employer after conciliation had commenced, we have just concluded a case by pre-claim conciliation for approximately 15,000 less than the Tribunal would have awarded. Our fee was 450. We now have a very happy new client who will shortly be benefitting from our bespoke employment contracts and policies to minimise the risk of a similar threat of proceedings in the future.
