Saturday, September 3, 2011. 今天散步的时候被不是很熟的锡克邻居拦下了，硬是要跟我和太太握手，说了一些莫名其妙的话，看他醉得摇摇摆摆的，我们也不禁莞尔。在我们马来西亚时常都会看到醉得不醒人事的印度人，锡克人到也是有不过比较少。看到这些瘾君子，内心不免惋惜，但是惋惜过后总会觉得自己也不比他们高多少，因为自己只是没有处于那种环境和心情而已。设身处地的想一想，如果我是他，有可能我也无法控制的失去自我。 有人说，当你不能处理某些情况，最好找人帮忙，也就是向人求救。但是想一想做人最难的就是求救，不管是因为何事，因为我们会觉得自己无能。没有人会喜欢这种感觉，因为我们内心深处有一种自我认知，我是可以的，只是拿不出勇气而已。我们要怎样在求救的当下又不觉得自己无能呢？ 最后我发现一个方法，同样是说我们最终是在最求一种喜悦感。你问一个人，为什么你要钱，他会说因为他要买这买那，要还这还那。继续问下去，他会说他要自由啦，他要感觉安心啦要感到安全之类，最后的答案往往是感觉...Posted by Inner Being.
