本公司生产的减速器采用的标准为SY/T5044-2003.产品获得了API 11E和ISO9001标准认证.采用剖分式箱体，分流式两级双圆弧或渐开线人字齿轮传动.具有承载能力高，使用寿命长，性能优良，维护方便等优点。 主动轴总成与中间轴总成均采用短圆柱滚子轴承.从动轴总成有两个向心球滚子轴承.一端为固定端，另一端为游动端.当减速器检修并重新装配时，应按出厂时所衬的垫片厚度压装各轴承盖.固定端间隙可调整垫片消除，并用螺钉把轴承盖把紧，不许渗漏油，游动端应使轴承端面和轴承盖之间留有0.5 1mm的间隙，可调整垫片的厚度获得。 减速器内的齿轮均采用油浴，飞溅润滑.箱体结合面涂有密封胶.中间齿轮与箱座之间有双向刮油片，箱座结合面开有油槽，可使齿轮飞溅的润滑油流入油槽润滑轴承.箱座上装有丝堵，上面两个供检查油位用，下面一个用于放油.箱体上方设有检视孔，其上有透气盖。 2 润滑油牌号 夏季一般采用250 极压工业齿轮油，冬季用150 极压工业齿轮油.在极压齿轮油短缺的情况下，夏季可用50 ，冬季可用40 机油代替。
