Our durum wheat semolina comes from the best areas of cultivation. Every year, we select only the best, fully ripened and sun-kissed wheat which guarantees the natural yellow semolina that makes our noodles so tasty. The eggs used for our egg pasta are barn eggs grade "A extra". They originate exclusively from animals raised by certified suppliers. We freshly crack these open on a daily basis.
