New owner and new name for L Person and Son. At the beginning of April Robert Haylock became the owner of the long established family engineering company of L Person and Son. L Person and Son moved from London to a purpose built factory unit in Hollands Road Haverhill in 1963. It was some years later in 1987 that Mr Person used his engineering expertise to design and manufacture the Rotunda patient transfer aid which was to become such a key part of the company's offer.
