I felt really good this week and was able to actually run twice (and not just do a walk/jog) and take a Clocked class at System of Strength. 45 min cardio (30 min Spinning 15 min step mill) core workout. Taught 1 hr Spin/TRX. 3 mi (9:41 pace) 30 min strength/cardio circuit.
