Ending My Apnea: Yet another MMA recovery blog. Sunday, April 29, 2007. One thought has been nagging me since the first week: Am I sleeping better? I know that the answer is yes. So, the real question is, how much better am I sleeping? Is my apnea "cured"? Or, at least, better to the point where it's not really a problem? So, did the surgery work or not? Ending My Apnea: Yet another MMA recovery blog. Tuesday, May 1, 2007. I slept fairly well last night, lots of dreams and I only woke up a couple of times. The more research I've done, the more I've come to believe that it's going to take a few months for all the swelling to go down and for my body to settle into a more normal sleep pattern. Ending My Apnea: Yet another MMA recovery blog. Sunday, April 8, 2007. Mmmm, scallops . So, there it is, in all its glory: the last homecooked chewable. Dinner for several weeks. Looks good, doesn't it? I was going to upload a dot-smell file so you could really experience it, but I haven't upgraded my computer yet. I guess I'll have to let your imagination work, instead.
