Jac Goes to Switzerland! Tuesday, November 04, 2008. I just woke up and saw these words on my internet homepage:. Barack Obama est devenu le premier président noir de l'histoire des Etats-Unis. Après son écrasante victoire, il a déclaré que "le changement arrive en Amérique". Which even if you don't understand French, you know. So now, on verra! Time to head to work to spread the good word! Dos Extranjeros En Madrid: December 2008
http://steveandamandainmadrid.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Dos Extranjeros En Madrid. Wednesday, December 10, 2008. We arrived in Dublin on Saturday evening, only to realize that the nice guest house. I booked us must have been full, since our 10:30pm arrival put us in a room that must have been the servants quarters. This was fine, albeit cold at 3am, when it was 6-below zero (Celsius) and the heat didn't work. We switched rooms the next day! I am not much of a history buff, but Irish history is really fascinating. We had a fabulous dinner at the Winding Stair.

Jac Goes to Switzerland!: March 2008
http://jacgoestoswitzerland.blogspot.com/2008_03_01_archive.html
Jac Goes to Switzerland! Monday, March 31, 2008. There's nothing quite like the sound of champagne opening to signal a holiday commencing! We primped up for our night out - I decided to wear heels (again, more on this) and Bhav had some sexy boots of which one of the zippers broke as she was zipping it up. We were so clever that we laced it up around the outside with one of our long snowboard boot laces.function and fashion! As we could not look any better at this point, it was time to head out. There we...

Dos Extranjeros En Madrid: Tom & Nancy's Visit
http://steveandamandainmadrid.blogspot.com/2008/11/tom-nancys-visit.html
Dos Extranjeros En Madrid. Tuesday, November 11, 2008. Tom and Nancy's Visit. A bit overdone for armor, no? Note that Tom has become a fan of Europeans' use of "no? At the end of sentences, to make them into questions. It is quite fun, no? Despite the long-winded armor description, it was a fun visit. The four of us were able to travel to Segovia for a day-trip on Wednesday. We took the high-speed train, and arrived in Segovia in 25 minutes. Easy! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). And readers, let me tell you, I can make my laundry str-e-e-e-tch (it's all about the handwash). So it's not likely I will have to go again. After this, I will either be using:. Where they got t...

http://jacgoestoswitzerland.blogspot.com/2008/11/down-on-farm-part-ii.html
Jac Goes to Switzerland! Saturday, November 01, 2008. Down on the Farm Part II. You thought I forgot about this, didn't you? No, I've just been lazy. So let's back up, shall we? When we last left our heroine. I exclaimed. "Oh, that was a male one.they don't sting, and they are very stupid and slow," she explained. Naturally! We packed up to go and I went in to say goodbye to Doris and Heinz. Inside, their 4 kids were running around - all little blond haired ones, 3 of them holding baby kittens and pl...
