Lmost all of our suffering comes from defending our story. Which we mistake for our selves. Ou are not your business card. Who you are is non-local awareness. Not just a body. Your awareness fills all of space and time. Othing is separate. The feeling of separation comes only from our limited perception of what life is all about.
