Oh, thank you! To say it was an amazing experience would be an understatement. How many people get to do that? Meet the child they sponsor? This was a booth at the market…not quite sure what type of meat that might be. It seemed out of place to see a Lincoln town car. Water In a bag. Fresh pineapple, everyday.

This will be the story of the transformation of our home and our lives. Saturday, August 30, 2014. Girls get-away for #13. When our girls were little, I heard about another mom who would take their girls away overnight for their13th birthday. I knew I wanted to do that, too. Jay gets to take them somewhere fun for #16 (he and Katie went to New Orleans for hers). So, this was it. The weekend I got to take Mary Margaret overnight for her 13th. We went to Bentonville, Arkansas. We had a blast!

She and I got $5 manicures at the beauty school. Sometimes, you get what you pay for. But it was fun! Mary Margaret had 3 girls over to make gingerbread houses. Hearing their laughter was a delight.
