21st of July, 2015. Post running endurance fuel fast mix-(above picture). 250 grams of So Good. Almond and coconut milk. Half frozen banana or 1 if you want it sweeter (or none if you are cutting down on sugar). One tablespoon Ceres Organics. Blend together until mixture is smooth - tastes delicious post run! Very Berry Smoothie Mix:. 1 cup of berries - I use blue berries or raspberries or both. 1 Cup of almond milk. 1/4 cup of nuts or one tablespoon of home made almond butter or bought.

Great Naseby Water Race. Cashew loaf and running balls. 24th of July, 2015. Cashew and coconut butter squares. 1 cup of coconut butter. 2 cups of grated carrot. 1 cup of cashews. 2 tabl of lemon juice. Blend until smooth, then put in fridge for at least 90 mins. Cut into squares to be used as gels or on the run fuel. Cashew and almond Cakes - (modified version I made from Mikki Williden, Nutritionist). 15 cups of coconut butter. 1 cup of cashews frozen from freezer. Half a cup of almonds.
