Oilfield Services Regional Base Labuan, Malaysia. Office and Interior Design. The base on the island of Labuan in Malaysia combined several busy offshore tool and skid maintenance functions on a very tight site. By turning each workshop perpendicular to its normal plan alignment and spreading the office function along the long axis, we were able to maximize the available site area.

Oilfield Services Regional Base Leduc, Alberta. Office and Interior Design. This 175,000 SF project provides workshop and office space for Wireline, Completions and Drilling Systems. The workshop consists of 11 truck bays, 2 truck maintenance bays, electronics and mechanical laboratories as well as 80,000 sf of crane served repair workshop space. The site also houses a pre-manufactured gunloading facility and radioactive tool calibration.

The renovation of the existing Pressure Pumping laboratory was intended to provide an overall refresh to the existing building and repair key infrastructure problems: poor pressurization, cross-contamination and the lack of a fume hood exhaust system. New deck-high walls, segregation of supply and return ducts, positive pressure and re-routing of existing gas lines are just some of the solutions that Energy provided.

Located on an existing petrochemical trans-loading facility, the Leduc bulk storage sand plant boasts 6 sand storage silos, 2 overhead truck loading surge bins, underground sand conveyors, rail car and sand truck belly dumps, 6 rail spurs, a truck scale and an operations trailer housing personnel and the automation system. The plant was designed to easily accommodate 2 future silos.
