Monday, May 31, 2010. Milo is a popular chocolate drink in Malaysia. There are many local famous food use it as an ingredients to create its favor. The milo agar-agar is absolute my favorite and I would like recommend to you. 5 Pandan leave, Knotted. 5 Tablespoon Milo (Chocolate Powder). Pour in water and pandan leaves in a pot and bring to boil. Add the agar-agar Strip and keep stirring until dissolved completely in water. Remove the pandan leave from pot. Sunday, November 18, 2012. It is a popular Chinese Dish, it also known as "Tau Yu Bak". It is a favour dish in all time and can be served as all day dish. 1 Pig Front Feet. 5 Soft Boiled Egg. 5 Chinese Mushroom (Soaked in water for 20 minutes). 3 tbsp dark soy sauce. 2 tbsp light soy sauce. 1/2 tsp white group pepper. Tuesday, November 27, 2012. I was surprised by this Wasabi Coleslaw during the trip in San Francisco.I decide to made it again after i back to home. It is easy to prepare and I am sure you will like it. 1 Red Carrot, peeled. 15 tbsp lemon juice. 1 tbsp castor sugar. 1 tbsp fish sauce. 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil. Rinse the cabbage leave under running water, drained. Finely slice the cabbage leaf and carrot. Add them into a mixing bowl, keep aside. Add all the ingredient of dressing into a bowl, mix well.

Once you taste it, you will never stop. Cook's Frying Powder Mixture. Open the cempedak fruit, remove the flesh with seed. With the combination of both king of fruit, durian and king of banana, banana king (raja pisang), you will have the 'king' favour of muffin. 280g Low Gluten Flour, Sieved. 5 A-Size Chicken Eggs. 3 Tsp Baking Powder. 1/2 Tsp Sodium Bicarbonate. 1 Tsp Vannila Essense. Mashed the banana with the 1/2 tsp salt and themilk, keep aside. Mix well the low gluten flour,Baking Powder, Sodium Bicarbonate and the rest of salt in advance, keep aside.

Sunday, September 20, 2009. Nyonya] Tamarind (Assam) Prawn. It is always can't resist the sour and sweet of Tamarind Prawn with white rice. 1/2 Teaspoon Black Bean Sauce. Rub the prawn with marinated sauce and set aside for about 30 minutes. Heat 1 teaspoon of cooking oil into the frying pan .
