Center for Strategy and Leadership. Was developed by Professor Ron Meyer, in collaboration with Bill Collins Ph.D. and Johanna Wolfbauer Ph.D., based on his House of Engagement model (see below). This model suggest that there are ten main categories of variables driving people’s engagement in organizations. Therefore, reports can be made for individual managers, units or organizations. In all cases, though, responses are anonymous. Never is it revealed which respondent gave which answer. Respondents are asked to move a slide that always starts in the middle, either towards the left or the right statement, according to their opinion.
