Black Beans in the Crock Pot. 2lbs dried black beans. 1 large onion, chopped. 1-2 jalapeno peppers, chopped and seeded, optional. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1-2 tablespoons curry powder. Dump everything into crock pot and cook on high 5-6 hours, on low for 8-10. Very simple, very good. It takes about 10 min to put it all together first thing in the morning. At the end of the day, your dinner is ready! The Engine 2 Diet.

My biggest challenge was when preparing food Lily last night. I desperately wanted to chow down on the bread she was eating. But I managed to overcome the temptation. 4:30 am - Wake Up. 4:45 am - Warm Water with Lemon. 6 am - Morning Juice: Kale, Beet, Orange, Apple, Ginger, Celery. 7 am - Office.
