Saturday, June 30, 2012. A few weeks ago the Duffy crew made their way down to Baton Rouge for a visit and to meet Baby Elliot. My kids love when their cousins come visit and had a great time. Eric and I enjoyed the visit also. It is nice to visit with family and nice to have the cousins be playmates all weekend which keeps everyone entertained. My children were very tired, which is why Avery was sucking away and Noah was being a turd and wouldn't pose for a decent picture. Sorry Duffy's!

Saturday, June 30, 2012. Well, she couldn't have been better. She just sat their ate her sucker and was a very good girl. The end of the mullet. While her hair is shorter and may look more like a boy (her Daddy says) it was necessary until the sides catch up. I think its cute and she is still beautiful. Eric making us Pisco Sours, a drink that he learned how to make on his visit to Chile. While the kids were entertained and occupied the adults had some fun too. Too much fun and grouchiness comes out.

Wednesday, July 4, 2012. Paw Paw is 60! PawPaw turned 60 last week and we gathered last Saturday to celebrate. Noah and Avery helped Baba decorate a cake. While they both enjoyed doing this, Avery really enjoyed it, and ended up wearing more decorations than ended up on the cake. Sunday, August 7, 2011. Our Number 1 Daddy had a birthday yesterday. So Noah and I made him cupcakes. He helped me mix them up. Then we decorated them. I iced them while Noah added the sprinkles. He may have eaten a few sprinkles in the process. And once they were ready we had to test them and share one. Of course, Noah really enjoyed his cupcake. Then after a delicious steak dinner, we sang Happy Birthday to our Number 1 Daddy and he blew out his candle. Now that Avery is mobile she is into more and more.
