Open Day at Montaleau. A report made by students from THC. Montaleau School is a catering school with 500 students who prepare. CAP ,BEP and BAC PRO in cooking and waitering. It is a small High School in a park. 1The chef cooks teach children how to cook and cut vegetables (1). 2On the photo, the trainee-cook is producing toffee (2).
