I found some honey passionfruits and regular passionfruits at the grocers the other day as well and for the longest time I've wanted to do something with them and I'm glad I finally got down to it. I made a passionfruit and ginger sauce; tangy, sweet, pulpy, hints of spicyness and of course that fabulous zing! This combination was perfect. Full Stop. I have many precious recipes. But this is probably one of my most prized recipe.
