Without further ado, Sopapilla Cheesecake, per my awesome friend Lindsay. 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese, softened. 1 1/2 cups sugar (or half this). 2 cans crescent rolls. 1 stick real butter. 1 Heat oven to 365 degrees and spray bottom of 9x13 backing dish. 2 Beat cream cheese, vanilla, and 3/4 cups sugar until smooth. 3 Unroll one can of crescent rolls onto the bottom of the pan. Oh, Love }. Sunday, September 30, 2012. A Moment of Thanks. I know it's not Thanksgiving yet, but I am feeling awfully grateful these days. So thank you, God, for knowing what I needed when I did not know what to ask for myself. The last few months have been full of cloudy, and I was starting to feel so lost. I am also really excited for celebrating New Year's Eve with Husband. We're not going anywhere exciting or have any big plans, but I plan on making it special in all the little ways.
