We took a quick little weekend vacation to Shanghai and did a few touristy things. William and Emmakate decided to get the first birds eye view of the city from our Hotel Window before a trip to the pool with big brother Andrew. But finally, I feel like a "runner". I may not be the fastest, but I can do the 5k and not die and not walk and that is huge for me.
