http://blissfulbee.blogspot.com/2008_01_01_archive.html
Welcome to our family's homelife blog. We are a homeschooling family with four children. They are GM age 10, GD age 8 and ME age 5 and our fresh little Baby O. We set this up to share with family and friends who ask "what have you guys been up too"? Friday, January 18, 2008. Tucson is lovely this time of year, as it is all year round. My mother has a beautiful home with a really relaxing and lovely yard. It is always nice to visit, even if just for a couple quick days. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

http://funwithouttoys.blogspot.com/2015/02/no-apple-day-for-steve-jobs-children.html
Saturday, 14 February 2015. No Apple a day for Steve Job's children. An old article, but the title caught my attention. No Apple a day for Steve Jobs’ children - who were not even allowed iPads. While he persuaded millions that Apple’s chic but pricey gadgets were a must-buy, turning the company from a basket case to a global powerhouse, he prevented his own children from using iPads and limited their access to the internet generally.". I remember the most dramatic change was in a 6-year-old boy who coul...

small wonders: Feeding our families
http://small-wonders.blogspot.com/2014/05/feeding-our-families.html
Wednesday, May 07, 2014. I have party food on the brain right now as Ari's 8th birthday party is coming up and I need to get a plan for food! Now we eat most real foods, but members of the family still avoid cow milk and wheat (to avoid sore bellies! So that is reflected in the kinds of food we choose for parties. Some healthy party foods we enjoy:. Organic popcorn (we like it with butter and nutritional yeast). Goat cheese and grain-free or rice crackers. Dips such as hummus, or olive tapanade. And I am...

Thursday, October 02, 2014. Well now, it's been awhile now, hasn't it? Somehow, the longer I'm away the harder it is to get back to this little space. So, here are a few random photos from the past few busy months- impossible though it is to try and catch up on all the time and the adventures, but we had such wonderful time with friends and time with family (cousins are fun! small wonders: July 2013
http://small-wonders.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 30, 2013. Perry and the boys have been busy with camps and festivals and visits with friends. Willa and I join in here and there, but are happy to be at home mostly. Dorian attended an art camp last week (a couple hours each morning,) and was so proud to pack his snack in his backpack and to head off on his own adventure (and he came home with some terrific creations to decorate our home! I stole away a few bits of time when Willa was willing to be put down to sew a little. Having a bab...

small wonders: February 2014
http://small-wonders.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 18, 2014. Other things: We saw a huge great grey owl on our driveway the other day- such magic to watch it swoop from tree to tree. There have been a lot more sick bugs in the house this year than in past years- nothing serious, but enough to throw things off the rails a bit. Listening to lots of stories on tape- A Mouse Called Wolf. Was enjoyed this weekend. Dorian has almost memorized some of Jill Tomlinson. Willa is such a wonder- gosh we enjoy this baby girl! Curriculum with our kin...
