Tuesday, March 29, 2011. Orange Blossoms for Tate. 1/4 cup coconut oil. 1/4 cup coconut milk or almond milk. 1 tsp orange zest. 1/2 cup coconut flour. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp celtic salt. Juice of half of an orange. Melt coconut oil and let cool a bit. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden. Do not over bake. Monday, November 25, 2013. In California for Fall Break, our dear friends the LeSueur's invited us over for dinner. It was cold outside and the dinner could not have been more perfect. She made a delicious Tortilla Soup that warmed the soul and was spot on perfect! Now, I have had lots of tortilla soup before but this was different and soooo delicious! I loved the method of making the base and letting everyone create their own soup. It's really more of a Mexican stew when you are done. 4 C chicken broth.

I have lots of gluten free recipes but this was my very first one I tried 7 years ago. It is my "in a pinch" recipe as I always have the ingredients on hand. Wednesday, July 7, 2010. All dressed in white. July 2nd was special day. Natalie was baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. For several weeks she practiced the Primary song "When I am Baptized" to play as a duet with her piano teacher, Samantha. It was beautiful and they played it perfectly. We are very proud of her. Friday, January 16, 2009. We love the beach! We went with the Lewis Family and this year the Varney Family gave it a shot too! We had a great time and can't wait to do it again with great friends. Our kids had been asking to stop at the sand dunes since they were born. We finally did! The higher up the hotter the sand gets! We checked out the Aquarium in La Jolla. They loved the sharks! Monday, July 27, 2009. 15 minutes to go and counting! At midnight they got dressed in school clothes! At 12:30 I insisted they fall asleep! Finally 1pm it got silent. Nolan woke up and was ready to go at 5am, then when 7:30am came he was asleep on the family room floor.
