Ensō Yoga is a hot yoga studio that opened in downtown Montréal. Our brief was to build the studio's website. It had to be fully responsive to provide full and easy access to the information and resources for the growing smartphone users and young target clientèle. The website is optimized for high resolution retina screens and compatible with displays ranging from smaller devices up to desktop resolutions. Website design and development. Here are a few of my favorite places in Montreal:. Awesome stone oven pizza in the Old Port). Brulerie St-Denis mentioned here. Great breakfast and great place when nursing a hangover, the waitstaff usually looks like they're got one too. Newly renovated! Love their potatoes baked in individual mini cast iron pots, worth the long wait in line). 1950's diner with giant breakfasts). Oldie but a goody for a no frills cheap breakfast near McGill). Yearly Events I love:. La Braderie de Mode.

My adventures in vegan food, yoga and life…. Good morning, Good morning, it’s great to see you too! Good morning, Good morning, to YOU! For the past couple of months, I have been practicing a morning ritual that really sets the tone for my day. It helps me create intention, harness positive thoughts and energies, and makes me feel prepared to go out into the world and leave my mark. I love it so much that I felt compelled to put it on paper (aka my little blog) and share it with you all. August 15, 2014 ...
