Lactic Acid From The Left: Greater Cleveland Triathlon (feeling good)
http://laissez-fairelacticacid.blogspot.com/2007/08/greater-cleveland-triathlon-feeling.html
Lactic Acid From The Left. Insight and nonsense as it pertains to my life. Friday, August 17, 2007. Greater Cleveland Triathlon (feeling good). Then, arose a burning in my stomach. Maybe we could call it nausea. The sensation radiated from my stomach out towards my limbs and relocated a strong sensation of warmth on my forehead. Uh no! I thought. I am .1 mile into this race and I already feel like puking. Maybe it was the banana I ate about 1 hour before the start of the race? And why so soon? One which ...

Lactic Acid From The Left: Catchin' My Breath
http://laissez-fairelacticacid.blogspot.com/2008/03/catchin-my-breath.html
Lactic Acid From The Left. Insight and nonsense as it pertains to my life. Wednesday, March 26, 2008. I haven't had much time for blogging lately. Between work, school, training, and some volunteer work I've had time for little else. I usually try and squeeze blogging in somehow, and before I seemed to run out of time for it I was planning on making some changes around here. Maybe spiff things up a bit? Don't forget an ice pick. Humanity’s Greatest Challenge. Category Archives: Growth is Madness. March 15, 2008. And slowing all activity on GIM. This will free my time for freelance writing rather than blog maintenance. For the time being, GIM may remain marginally active, with an occasional post or update, but will eventually become an archive, supplanted by a different sort of site featuring new articles. I’ll post an update here when I launch that site. In the meantime, I’ll update the Articles Elsewhere. GIM addresses humanity...

Lactic Acid From The Left: Shamrock 15K
http://laissez-fairelacticacid.blogspot.com/2008/03/shamrock-15k.html
Lactic Acid From The Left. Insight and nonsense as it pertains to my life. Sunday, March 09, 2008. For fear I'd be visiting my rat friend. But I wanted to try the Irish oats. after all, it was the Shamrock 15K. So, after the Irish oats, a shower, and some reading it was time to head to the race. I stepped outside into the snow covered landscape, feeling a bit like I was entering into some sort of fantasy land that consisted of exploded marshmallow goo (I know you all remember ghostbusters). I saw one or ...

Lactic Acid From The Left: April 2008
http://laissez-fairelacticacid.blogspot.com/2008_04_01_archive.html
Lactic Acid From The Left. Insight and nonsense as it pertains to my life. Tuesday, April 01, 2008. It is a whopping 60 degrees outside and I'm thinkin' I just might stop off for a little trail run on my way up to downtown this afternoon. I'm finding the trail very alluring this spring and enjoyed the warm temps and sloppy conditions on Sunday. My shoes are caked in mud. I'm wondering if I should have hosed them off or something instead of just leaving the mud to dry? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Lactic Acid From The Left: The leaves are a fallin'
http://laissez-fairelacticacid.blogspot.com/2007/10/leaves-are-fallin.html
Lactic Acid From The Left. Insight and nonsense as it pertains to my life. Sunday, October 28, 2007. The leaves are a fallin'. I've finally downloaded my pictures from the Fall N Leaf 100K cycling tour that I did a couple of weeks ago. The tour also has a 50K option and takes place in "Mid-Ohio" near Mansfield and Mohican State Park. The terrain is quite hilly.lots of rollers. I'll be back to do this one again. Sounds like a good one. Maybe we can do a little 50k soon. Um, I was just gonna say I like you...

Lactic Acid From The Left. Insight and nonsense as it pertains to my life. Wednesday, March 12, 2008. Sensorial Observation And The Idiosyncracies of Facial Hair. My beard is gone. Well, not exactly gone.it has moved. Entered the waste stream, so, it is gone from my face. Next winter maybe I'll let it grow a little longer.put a windmill in it. Scarves help protect hairless chins pretty well.just so you have alternatives. Good luck with your windmill aspirations :P. Hmm, think about how much green energy ...
