How To Apply For Salus Supportive Housing. Salus offers a wide range of supportive housing options in the Ottawa area for adults (over the age of 16 years) with serious mental illness. While Salus will always try to accommodate supportive housing requests as quickly as possible, the demand for affordable housing for people recovering from mental illness is very high in Ottawa.
