March 16th 2011 - I drove on my own to work for the very first time. I was nauseatingly scared that I almost peed in my pants. I feel so lost - I have lost myself into oblivion and I don't know if I can find myself again. All I see is darkness - I feel weak and hopeless. When will this agony end? The meat was so tender that it was falling off the bone and the flavor was also absorbed by the meat. My friend's recipe went something like this:. 1 Pack Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Sweet and Spicy Beef or Pork Ribs. 1 Boil the ribs with water and add a little salt until it's tender. 6 Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes and serve!
