Ready to roll puff pastry. A squeeze of lemon juice. A sprinkle of cinnamon. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Roll out and cut your puff pastry to fit over a frying pan. The leave in the fridge until ready to use. Serve with cream or vanilla ice cream. Filed under Puddings and desserts. Chocolate, oat and nut cookies.
