Pushing Metal and Talking Rubbish: August 2012
http://pushingmetal.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 29 August 2012. I jumped in with a Royalist infantry regt and a Parliamentarian horse unit. I was going to do a specific campaign and orbat, but then I though sod it, I'll just do pretty regt's instead :). First up was Haselrige's Lobsters, just because you HAVE to have them. Its the law. Next up it's Sir Allen Apsleys Regiment of foote. Just because I liked the picture of them on the original 1644 rule set :). Ongoing at the moment is a light gun for my next infantry regt, Rupert's Bluecoat's.

Pushing Metal and Talking Rubbish: Project list
http://pushingmetal.blogspot.com/2011/05/project-list.html
Tuesday, 3 May 2011. I took some time to look at the long list of staled projects that are sat in various boxes at home in an effort to prioritise them. I have, like 99% 0f wargamers. Collected a huge amount of figures and terrain over the years. Its an illness and we all suffer in quiet silence. Quiet happy silence :-). The following is what I am going to focus my painting and gaming efforts on. The rest will be listed here for sale and then ebayed. This leaves me with a unit of 24 spearmen. These were ...

Pushing Metal and Talking Rubbish: November 2010
http://pushingmetal.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Saturday, 13 November 2010. Goths and Corn doll. I've actually managed to get some of my Goths painted this week. Really enjoyed painting these for a change. usually I'm not a fan of painting my own figs as I find fault with them as I do them, but these seem OK. Not usually enough hours in the day to paint figs but these had to be done for an advert so had to take a week off from sculpting to get them finished. The Corn doll is a figure made by GB's. Pushing Metal and Talking Rubbish: It's been a while....
http://pushingmetal.blogspot.com/2011/05/its-been-while.html
Monday, 2 May 2011. It's been a while. Unfortunately I've had to put painting on the back burner for a good while, mainly so I can could spend more time making figures. I'm now at that point that I reallllllly. Want to get some painting done but what makes it worse is I'm in the US atm. So to fill my time I've been taking inspiration. From other painting blogs on the net. Saxon Dog blog run by my good friend David Imrie. Is one of my favourites, and the fact he's currently working on my Late Romans.

Pushing Metal and Talking Rubbish: Bits and bobs
http://pushingmetal.blogspot.com/2011/07/bits-and-bobs.html
Friday, 8 July 2011. Painting and gaming have been on a real back burner over the last months so I've struggled with anything to put on the blog, but I've managed to do a little bit over the last day or two. First up is a Swedish GNW. Cannon and crew. I like my figures gritty hence the dirty looking cannon. The crew will end up looking the same :). Finally a pic of some conversions that Stubby of GB did using Musketeer figures and GB plastics. Rather good I though :). 8 July 2011 at 13:02.

Monday, 20 August 2012. Quick snap of the Vortigen WIP. Not sure what what to do with the other figure atm. Maybe a sword in his hand, maybe a standard. What does the crowd think? 20 August 2012 at 13:18. Great work Bill. A standard would look good. 20 August 2012 at 13:34. Hello it s Fred from studio tomahawk! A axe for me :-). 20 August 2012 at 13:56. Completely ok with Fred, an awe would be perfect! Jean-Baptiste (from Studio Tomahawk too :p ). 20 August 2012 at 14:01. 22 August 2012 at 04:21.
