An Urban Running Community. November 23, 2009 by Nathan. The winter running season seems to be tardy this year. On Saturday I ran in shorts and a long sleeve-t with a short sleve-t over it. It was a balmy 46 degrees when I left home, and seemed to get warmer as I went. It was just a short 6.5, but it got me thinking: At what temperature do I normally break out the tights or pants?
