Tuesday, February 27, 2007. After 3 weeks of painful swallowing, I am now recovered. This took much longer than planned. My personal fitness goals have taken a hiatus with this recovery. Time to get back on it. My timeline is to be under 15 % bodyfat by June 1st. I have also basically missed my entired winter tennis season because of this. Monday, February 5, 2007. Testing on Day 1. Wednesday, February 13, 2008. Ok, I just bought the p90x system after much research. I am going to give this a try and see how it goes. I have heard it is very hard but thats a challenge i want.
