In the wake of a very manic Monday, I went to bed early. and took advantage of the opportunity to sleep in a little bit before Tuesday really got underway. In keeping with my "slow down and enjoy things more" mantra, I logged a couple miles with WonderMutt before taking the time to actually cook breakfast.
