Epicurean Dimensions: Chick Pea Crusted Baked Tofu
http://epicureandimensions.blogspot.com/2013/06/chick-pea-crusted-baked-tofu.html
Culinary explorations from an eclectic. Sunday, June 9, 2013. Chick Pea Crusted Baked Tofu. Last week, I tried a second version of veggie burgers, using canned chick peas, onions, egg and a host of garlic and oregano spices. The flavor was wonderful, but like my prior attempt at veggie "burgers", the texture just wasn't there and the mixture wouldn't hold a shape. Then, I drained and sliced some firm tofu, bathed it in egg and dipped it into the chickpea crumbs. June 9, 2013 at 9:49 AM. Well, add another...

Wednesday, December 19, 2012. We need to re-examine gun control. I'm not a gun person. I've never owned one, and my father never took me hunting when I was a kid. I once went to a firing range, took some training, and spent half an hour punching holes in a paper target, but that's about it. I've never been particularly anti-gun either. Had you asked me in a survey if I supported increased gun legislation, I would have said yes in an ambivalent sort of way, but it was never my issue. Q: What about 9/11?

Sunday, September 30, 2012. Who's driving this car? In September 2012, the state of California passed a bill (SB1298) allowing self-driving cars onto California's roads. This is a great step forward for a technology that many have been researching, though perhaps none as enthusiastically as Google, which has logged over 300,000 miles so far in its fleet of self-driving automobiles. While still in its infancy, this technology shows every sign of maturing very quickly. In an open letter. Such a service off...
