Today I decided to work on the 'find interesting people' project. I decided to combo this with the character i designed for the Wii. Contest. This is one of the new orthos. It looks way cooler than the first one. I modelled some of it, but lost interest and decided to make another prop instead. And this is my Ross prop, he is 502 tris. I wish we still had blog tasks, I liked those ones about good and bad in art, and the creativity one. Pretty much the end of uni now, I'll post up my work. Maybe i'll get back in the swing of posting wips one day, but im not making any promises this time :P. Ok, so I did the drawing, but lack of scanner or camera due to being in Essex meens I can't post it up here.yet. But I'm quite proud of it, its a character drawing of a dude with an angler fish on his head seen from the side. It sorta looks like he's got a giant war helmet on. As for the storey, I didn't get round to that. but I am moving house tomorow, and theres still crap everywhere. So I'll save that for another day, at least that motivation got me to do something! So it's been a while, but I had my reasons! So I'm not in Leicester but I'm still doing it. I've started out with the Vehicle project, I choose the Citroen van as i couldn't find blueprints for anything else :p. I'm not going to post it up just yet, but by restarting my blog I'm trying to encourage myself to do something a bit presentable soon to show you. The Potential of People…. After writing the ‘Games and War’ blog, I started to think about how easily people are actually influenced. I think there may be some sort of persuasive element to Games. I decided to try painting hair, but did it a bit half heartedly, i haven't even done the alphas! But i shall leave at that now, and definitely start the new mesh tomorrow! This is my entry for todays speed paint, the word was Augmentation, if you want to understand it check out the Speed paint blog! I really like the way the speed painting is turning out, so many people are getting into it now, it makes it more exciting seeing how other people have interpreted the word.
