TUTORIAL: Adding Animation Effects to Icons. This tutorial is for a bunch of image effects in Animation Shop 3. We're going to use this base:. 1 Open your image in AS3. I'm assuming you have already cropped, bordered, done whatever you want that is static to your icon already. With the base above, we are going to add in some TV static. 3 Optimize and save.
