Health & Wellness. 30 Day Protein Challenge. Race Report: Lake Pflugerville Tri 2015. Middot; June 21, 2015. For the Lake Pflugerville Tri it was overcast around 80 degrees with 95% humidity and a 50% chance of rain. In the morning I had two pieces of Ezekiel bread 4:9 with Chobani 0% fat greek yogurt with 1.5 cups of coffee. Right before the race I ate a few Bonk Breakers Chews. I love these things). During the race I sipped on PhD Nutrition Battery /-. I meet some of my fellow Big Sexies out there!

Health & Wellness. 30 Day Protein Challenge. Race Report: 2015 Buffalo Springs 70.3. Middot; July 5, 2015. Have you ever heard of the Big-Fish-Little-Pond Effect (BFLPE)? This race put that in perspective for me. Austin is one of the top 20 fittest cities in the U.S. What I liked most about this race was that my a$ was kicked. Handed to me on a platter. There are amazing athletes out there that have extraordinary talent. I am not one of them, yet. No one ever said getting better was going to be easy.
