Prospects of corrected electron microscopy. The high resolution standard. Meanwhile the correction of spherical aberration has become a standard in high resolution electron microscopy. Several hundred microscope installations world-wide contain a C. Corrector, more than 90% of which are CEOS correctors. These microscopes have STEM probe correctors or TEM image correctors or even a combination of both.
