Dolls, fashion and other stuff. Lunedì 17 giugno 2013. Fine settimana produttivo. Tagliato e cucito 4 spolverini taglia Blythe, in lino e cotone con effetto stropicciato. Devo spostare il gancetto della chiusura un po' più in alto ma per il resto sono abbastanza soddisfatta. Certo che cucire le maniche è un vero incubo. Per fare bene la curva sono costretta a dividere la cucitura in tre parti: apice, lato destro e lato sinistro. Tutti tessuti di recupero eccetto quello in bianco e nero. È leggermente più...

È davvero una Barbie perfetta e lui è incredibile. Ovviamente sold-out nei primi 5 minuti, ora si trova su Ebay a prezzi folli. Rimarrà oggetto del desiderio. Il particolare degli occhi "umani" insieme al design essenziale crea quel piccolo scarto che traghetta un semplice pupazzo imbottito in una dimensione poetica, artistica. Sono bambole che hanno un guardaroba - impeccabile - e una personalità. Ora sono disponibili su Etsy. E ho tanto il timore che questa piccola volpe non rimarrà a lungo da sola.
