Between life, a lost camera and a broken computer blogging kind of became forgotten. But I'm here! And I'm here to follow up on something I mentioned in my last post waaaay back in 2013- chocolate. I made chocolate truffels for gifts at Christmas, and I want to share with you how you can make them, too! You will need 1/2 Pound of Bittersweet chocolate (Swiss chocolate if possible.).
