Friday, September 26, 2014. We are so excited that Jake landed his first big boy. Job shortly after graduation:. BEST WESTERN INTERNATIONAL HQ. Calvin and I LOVE to come visit him at work. Cal especially loves to pretend to "work like Daddy.". And climb all the fun stairs. I'm not sure where Jake's career will take him, but working in a place that looks like a resort ain't too shabby. Monday, June 16, 2014. Jake's Birthday: June 13th. We enjoyed Jake being home after work/post-workout to enjoy some birthday celebration. For his birthday dinner he wanted a SALAD. Tuesday, April 14, 2015. A Typical Tuesday Night. Calvin playing in the bathtub. Oliver hanging in a hammock. Mamma listening to Pandora Radio. Did I mention Oliver can roll over now? Well, he can. Monday, April 20, 2015. Calvin's 1st Dental Appointment. Taking Calvin to his first dental appointment. I prepped myself for the worst. I imagined him kicking, screaming, and being as uncooperative as possible. Not that he hates brushing his teeth - he's just had bad experiences with nurses and doctors in the past and I figured we would have a similar experience. Thursday, March 19, 2015. My poor Calvin Boy has had diarrhea for a week and has been vomiting intermittently. It's so sad to see him get panicked when these awful bodily functions occur. As a mom, all I can do is watch. I comfort him, teach him how to recognize cues, replenish his electrolytes, and feed him foods that are gentle on his digestive system. Favorite blanket: "Blue Snowflake". Favorite TV show today (it changes often): Jake and the Neverland Pirates. On the other hand, Oliver is doing great!
