Eric's Blog: So You Think Your Tough?

http://www.ericandhannah.blogspot.com/2010/02/so-you-think-your-tough.html

Sunday, February 07, 2010. So You Think Your Tough? Note from Eric: Last week I posted that I was having knee problems. I’m happy to report that I just had some swelling around my knee joint. The caused was my knee cap wasn’t tracking properly. The solution is a few exercises that will strengthen certain muscles to pull that knee cap in to the proper position. My 2010 tri training will pick up again full force on Monday….whew! I was worried there for a minute. So you thing your tough? Fast Feet and Feasts.

Eric's Blog: 03 August 2008

http://www.ericandhannah.blogspot.com/2008_08_03_archive.html

Wednesday, August 06, 2008. I didn’t do a race report for Xterra Buffalo Creek (too much was going on and I bombed anyway), so I’m going to do one for Xterra Indian Peaks. For those that don’t know, during the swim at Xterra Buffalo Creek I was kicked in the head, and didn’t end up finishing. I probably could have, but I got in the race marshal’s boat to recover and that’s a disqualifying move - c'est la vie. PS Regarding the pictures - there all of me…sorry. Hannah had the camera. Also, I&...And now you...

Wednesday, April 29, 2009. Humm….lets see my last post was in November of 08 so it’s been about six months. I’d say it’s time for another post. Both Hannah and I have had a lot going on. Mostly good stuff, but like most people we seem to fill up all of our available time with activities/projects of one kind or another. Below are some of the highlights:. City Garden Commercial Design. The biggest news on Hannah’s side is that she finally started her own business. No More School for Eric. I’ve had my...

Children are an heritage of the Lord. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them Psalms 127:3&5. Sunday, June 14, 2015. What do these three pictures have in common? Harvest of yummy strawberries from our garden. Stinker who snuggled himself into my bed with the ipad (and is quite pleased with himself - check out that expression! Children are an heritage of the Lord. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them Psalms 127:3&5. Saturday, January 31, 2015. I am on an elimination diet. No dairy, wheat, gluten, sugar, or eggs, very limited fruits and no bananas or grapes for the next 1-3 months. The first day I was an emotional wreck. This diet is a big deal - and it isn't. It affects everything. There is ice water wherever you go. I can go sit with people and sip water and still visit. There is still lots of good food to eat a...

I didn't have an orange so I used 1/2 tsp of orange extract. So yummy. Ready for some pumpkin carving! Are there any Octonauts fans out there? Camden chose to carve Kwaazi and he even got to help carve the straight lines! She even read Minnie a story! Our traditional treat of caramel apples. One super tired geisha - ...

Children are an heritage of the Lord. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them Psalms 127:3&5. Friday, February 27, 2015. I have this helper that likes to hide things in the pantry, except it isn't so helpful when he rearranges all of the food and I can't find what I need. Pink sparkly boots are not as cute when they have poo on them. That's right, poo. We put a little girl back in pull-ups to be nicer to the laundress. That's me. Tyler took 3 kids on a road trip in the mini, bless his heart!

Children are an heritage of the Lord. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them Psalms 127:3&5. Sunday, July 27, 2014. These are the handsomest guys I know, sporting their after-church wear. And no, Tyler's eyes didn't close for the picture; he is trying to squeeze in a nap after an 11-hour day of church service. Friday, July 25, 2014. I did manage to take this while they were here:. Grandma brought us Great-Grandpa R's typewriter - such a treasure! Wednesday, July 9, 2014. Tuesday, July 8, 2014.

Children are an heritage of the Lord. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them Psalms 127:3&5. Sunday, March 29, 2015. It started with Grandpa's day - dinner with all the local grandkids and Pineapple Upside Down cake and Chocolate Bundt cake for dessert. He blew all 84 candles out in one blow! Amanda, Christine and Callie got in a little cousin nap time. These kids kind of love this guy. Give him a Cookie Monster T-shirt and he's pretty happy. Happy Birthday to my favorite man! Our Quiver Full: Hannah is Hilarious

http://trogserv.blogspot.com/2015/04/hannah-is-hilarious.html

Children are an heritage of the Lord. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them Psalms 127:3&5. Sunday, April 19, 2015. Hannah is hilarious - and creative. As promised for her adoring grandparents, here is some of her recent art work for school, as well as some of her personal creations. This project took hours and hours. It is called a tunnel book. It is four different boards that have cut-outs to show what is behind each board. Hannah's teacher said it was his favorite ever. A Bundle of Bodens.

The Kandells

Tuesday, March 18, 2014. Had a blast at Disney World. Here the kids are being as calm as they can be on the first morning awake, just looking out at the park in the distance. This was the best Snow White ever. She was flirting it up with Max big time and he had no idea what to say or do. Rolling" Kandell Style in the Disney Double Stroller that we made a Triple.
