Friday, April 27, 2012. This girl couldn't be more obsessed with her blanky that Grandma Drake made her when she was a baby. It's pretty much one of the only things that will calm her down if she is really upset. (Hence the laying on the ground with the blanky after throwing a fit.). Wednesday, December 30, 2009. We had a really fun time during Christmas Break. We were lucky enough to have my parents come over and visit. It was so nice to have them come and we did a lot of fun things, toured the island and just had fun being with them! They were able to go to Waikiki and watch the kids surf and enjoy all of the tourist, then Kailua. Beach (that is where Pres. Obama was staying and you could see all of the beefed up security), then Pearl Harbor, and the PCC. Standing on the Bowfin.

The Story of Our Lives. Tuesday, May 21, 2013. We finished our first 5K Race this past weekend! The Color Palooza race was held at Hansen Stadium at Dixie State Univeristy and the proceeds benefited local organizations. There were 5 color stations along the route and as you passed through each one you were blasted with color so by the end of the race we looked like a tye dye mess. :) It was a really fun experience and I can't wait to do some more races over the summer!
