Wednesday, February 25, 2009. I didn't run in the marathon relay, but I was support for the girl who ran our section of the course. I couldn't believe how fast some of the runners on the other teams were! Taki came in 21st place over all (out of 29 teams), and 9th out of 14 towns in the town division. It took us about 2:41 to complete the marathon, which was 5 minutes faster than last year. This got us a prize for 3rd most improved team, so at least we didn't walk away empty handed!

Monday, February 26, 2007. My birthday in Japan. I didn't realize how much I missed clubbing, will definitely have to go back. After the club closed (at a very early 2am! We headed to Denny's, and stayed there among the other loud gaijin and passed out salarymen until it was time to get the first train home. Wednesday, February 07, 2007. I'm a lazy blogger. Ok, back to my trip. So we spent 2 and a half days checking out the temples in Siem Reap. My faves were Ta Prohm,. And of course, Angkor Wat.
